so there's this forum I post at. Nobody really seems to like me that much, but I'm too stubborn to go. A little bit ago, this girl started posting. She seemed to say the things that already had formed in my head. It was magic. I don't know what to say to her, though..... tell me what to put in a private message? She's just the only person that GETS me.

As a serious answer, it's hard to give any useful advice since we don't know anything about either you or the girl. What kind of forum? What sort of common interests? There's no magical golden bullet to make girls like you or be interested (that I know of).
