Critically fail charm on the lout. As the lout attempts to shoot him he critically fails his shot, misses his target, hits a pot on the ground, ricochets to the roof, off a lighting fixture straight into the middle of his eyes.

Collect loot.

More like:

Hide behind lout's car. Friends come and fight lout, but get shot by him, though he is injured. When all friends are defeated, sneaks up on lout, kills him, and pretends to have done all the work himself.

One week later, the incident is completely forgotten.

I think what I would actually do depends on a lot of other factors (and random dice rolls in the brain!) but personally I'd rather die on my own terms than be dragged off helpless to whatever horrors await at the hands of the gun toting maniac.

I chose fight... but it's really fight or flight. If I had a reasonable avenue of escape I would run for it. I can run fast and I'm in fairly decent shape right now and can keep running for a long while.

It is unlikely that I would get in the car... but I can't say that there is no chance of it happening.

Logically if they want me alive then they won't kill me for fighting back, and if they don't want me alive then I will die in or after the car ride. Therefore if following logic I would fight.

However, realistically I would probably wet myself and then get in the car while crying.
