Most humiliating thing I've done for a woman. I have two. They are basically tied.
I had a girl that I was infatuated with in high school. We were for all intents and purposes dating except in name. Her step father decided because of the problems the two of them were having that she should move to live with her father. I didn't take that well and vandalized his car in a rather extreme manner. He was the chief of police.
The second is a more personal story, and cheesy. I took, my (ex)wife upstairs, trying to be romantic. I had her blindfolded, I led her to the bathroom where I had poured a hot bath, put rose petals in the water, and played soft romantic music for her, and then I kissed her, told her I didn't want anything from her and I just wanted her to relax and enjoy herself. Cheesy. Turned out bad for me in the end. I'll likely die before I ever do something like that again for a woman.

I thought of one that was even more cheesy. I left roses on a girls doorstep as an "anonymous admirer:"

On the old boards, someone asked me to draw (I THINK THIS IS IT, NOT 100% POSITIVE) an old west-type shoot-out, between a penis (in full cowboy outfit) and ...something else.. maybe another penis(?), fighting over a forumite (I think maybe calleja...) in full drag..
...Either that, or I definitely remember being asked in HS to draw my math teacher have sex with a desk.
...I don't draw many penis pictures, but damn if I don't get a request for one every couple of years...

So then I would choose 1. At worst, life would be the same, but I couldn't buy anyone gifts. All gifts and transactions would have to be on the barter/service system.
