Honestly, if he asked for a little more money from CD Projekt Red, they'd probably give it to him. As long as it was a reasonable amount. They honestly seem like a good bunch who make a lot of good decisions and treat their fanbase well. I don't see why they wouldn't be like, "You're the reason we're this successful. Of course you deserve a little more money."

...Honestly, I'm actually kind of hoping that the SNES Mini does turn out to be a thing. That console had a great selection of games, and considering what they put together for the NES Mini, I can only imagine what that line-up might be like.
The problem isn't its existence; the problem is that it won't be a thing for most people because Nintendo won't produce anywhere near enough to meet demand, meaning price wars for scalper stock, and then Nintendo ends production entirely instead of making more.
If they handle it like they did the NES version.

FYI my "standard" dog when I can get it has Ketchup, Mustard, Relish (sweet or dill, but not both), and Sauerkraut. Other toppings are acceptable, and for a custom "theme" dog I will omit some as well (Chili dog for example is far different), but those are my "4 standards" that constitute "that had what I wanted and was not lacking" type of dog. But I'm also not dogmatic about it.
