OMG. Enchilada's Ole rocks. The authentic flaorvs truly awaken the senses! True quote from my 12 year-old daughter who tried Enchilada's Ole sauce over cheese enchiladas- I didn't like enchiladas until NOW! Damnit, I didn't need this cropping back up.

The reason this never got updated was because the memory card in the camera we were using that night completely fritzed out and erased our entire trip. She saved a few photos on her phone but none of the 'good stuff'.

Oh and just to pour some lighter fluid on the subject, "she" isn't Nurse Cutie.
