Because it's a fucking forum and that's what you do.
Naturally. But the fourth poster onward....they are the jaded ones. They never care about a topic, and just post out of boredom. It's those first three guys who are hard core.
Didn't you know that The Krisken has a team of psychics on constant rotation, scanning the space-time continuum with their minds, waiting for a disturbance which indicates that someone is going to post a radically partisan political post. Then no matter when that post happens, or what they were going to be doing, they make sure that they log on at the exact moment to be in one of the top three posters. That's how we can know they really care about a subject.
Because otherwise, the order of first posts would simply be an indication of the order in which the first few people happened to log on and read it. It would just be random coincidence, and wouldn't indicate a poster's political leanings at all. And that just makes no fucking sense! Why the fuck does The Krisken have all those psychics for then, huh? Fucking riddle me that one, Batman!
