Whew, just finished Little King's Story after a bit more than 50 hours. (including most of the sidequests/unlockables)
Very good game! and pretty difficult even on normal mode. Some of the boss battles are incredibly original and completely outside the real time strategy / simulation genre.

Better than Pikmin in most aspects.

Just got Left 4 Dead. Versus is fun, but it's horribly stacked for the Survivors.
Well, a recent patch did alter the "item density" in versus games.[/QUOTE]

It's not even that... it's just that it takes flawless teamwork for the infected to win. You literally need to have 3 people ether jump/wrap people up so the Boomer can call in the Horde. If you don't immobilize at least half the team, the Boomer can't get close enough for the double boom that you need to kill them... and even then, there are some locations that are so defensible, it doesn't matter if you call in the Horde or not, because they'll kill them all before they can be reached.

Really? Cause just about every game I've been in, the Survivors either lose or 2 minimum will die.
I was just in a game of Crash Course where the survivors literally moved like a Spec-Ops team. They were all close together to prevent hunter/smoker attacks and would go hide in an enclosed space anytime a boomer got near (to kill it before they could get biled or fight off the horde easily). Once they reached the Finale, they all got on top of this shed near the truck and despite getting double boomed by the Boomer, fought off the Horde without taking a single hit. It was especially bad because Infected only spawn from one location in that Finale, so we had to sneak behind them to even get a CHANCE to hurt them. It was ridiculous.

Eh, you played against a good group. Most groups aren't like that.

You're also new to the game. There's a lot of variety in how to fuck up the Survivors without the big coordinated pound. But even then, it's asking you for teamwork versus teamwork. Good teamwork on both sides means a tough game. Shitty teamwork on both sides means a tough game.
