[TV] Winter HAS COME! - A Game of Thrones

And Cleos Frey was in the show, he was the dude that Jaime murdered along with Karstark's son in order to escape Robb the first time.

I dunno how I feel about the show now. They are trying to tell too many stories at once. It doesn't work with the format.

I liked this week's better than last week's. I especially liked
the dark reprise of rains of castamere at the end, as Jaime bluffs his and Brienne's way out of the bear pit. Though really, with such a melancholy, foreboding song, is it really possible to have a "dark" reprise?

Well, considering it's not ON next Sunday...

At least I think that's what they mean by, "In two weeks...."

No. Probably the week after that. There's only 2 weeks left in the season and there's no show next week. I think. That's what both my wife and I saw. I'm still going to check next week so that I don't miss anything if I'm wrong.

Also, the the actor that plays Joffrey continues to amaze me. This episode especially.

Not sure if it was talked about here, but George R. R. Martin sent the actor who plays Joeffrey a letter telling him he knew he was doing a great job because everyone hated him. I love that!

They won't wait until the last episode.

I am not happy with the stabbing of the belly.

Or the Jon Snow horseback riding.

But Arya remains awesome, and I think I like the Bolton fellow almost as much as Stannis and Tywin. Definitely my top three.

Saw something like this coming a very long time ago, but it really needed to end with a look of total shock and dumbfounded surprise on Robs face.

I expect no less for Joffrey.

The reaction by people who didn't read the books is wonderful.

But I remember being miserable that night when I reached that point in Storm of Swords.

I haven't read this far in the books, some one possibly an offspring hid my copy of the third book for the better part of a year. But I knew this was coming, it was inevitable, just how it was coming was the interesting part. Not sorry to see dumbass go, sad to see his Mom go though, I liked her. Squidleybits hates her though.

Does Aryas wolf ever show up again? I think her and scar face make a nice duo, sort of like Batman and Robin where neither is sure which of them is actually Batman and which is Robin. I hope they get a spin off series.

Also Hodor Hodor Hodor erk.

I never liked Robb TBH.

My wife freaked out. Particularly at the baby stabbing part. LOL.

Then she tried to tell me he didn't do anything bad to the Freys then I spend 10 minutes explaining her what he did was dumb as fuck. When a King marries a peasant girl over your daughter, you don't forgive that easily.

And thus ends dumby dumb dumb Robb Stark, not the first and probably not the last Stark to make dumby dumb dumb decisions.

I've been looking forward to hearing the non-book-reader reactions to this ever since the uproar over Sean Bean's top popping off.

I just watched it with my best friend, who isn't a book reader. He dug it. I've already read some very, very opposite opinions. People pissed off at GRRM for killing all the heroes.

My reaction compared to my wife's.
