68 DK on horde but I am willing to move if we get a guild going. I would be willing to run the late nighters until I get back from Iraq.

Talked to Snuffy about this last night... If there is a established place to go , Ill come along. I could really use a guild thats willing to go relax on raiding and be acceptable of people with real lives. I also agree on the PvE server as a ideal place for leveling for casual play style.
I was planning on going alliance come Cata, but im more then happy to find a new home and roll horde.
SR when you make your final decision let us know.

You know, I hate you guys. When it comes to making a choice over two equally viable directions, I am horrible about it without some consensus. 
Really, the thing that is keeping me on the fence is the whole PVE/PVP issue and my characters. I don't think most of you will enjoy Tichondrius as you will get ganked a lot, but I don't think I would enjoy leaving behind all my characters to make the guild really "work" on another server like Ghostlands, as being a GM will take some effort on my part to make it successful. Even considering a server change would cost me $225 for all my characters, you can probably understand while that is not much of an option.
I am starting to wish I started my Horde characters on another server five years ago. This choice would have been much easier then.

Ah yes, I forget that Tichondrius is one of the most populated servers in the game. That kind of makes the choice a lot easier, as you can't transfer character to Tichondrius. 
This might even be the better option. While we won't have the support of my dozens of characters, maxed professions, or my old guild with four tabs purchased, it will give us the ability to start fresh. Also, since I don't plan to level more then the one Alliance character, that means it will be easier for me to concentrate on her (I jumped around a lot of my Horde characters, so none of them became T10 powerhouses) and can be a bit more consistent as a tank or healer.
Even so, you are all welcome to start new characters on Tichondrius if you just ever want to chill outside of the guild we make on Ghostlands, or maybe we can even start a Horde "co-guild" for PVPing. Just some ideas.

You know I was actually taking some time to work on a tabard, and there is not much that really fits the look of halforum. No "Durr" type face, no good clean circle. I ended up trying out a few designs going mostly for a clean look but I worry none of them really fit. (Though I love the first design for some reason, very Argent Crusade and I love that tabard).
That top right one with red trim and emblem on a black background would work nicely to evoke the HAL eye for those in the know.You know I was actually taking some time to work on a tabard, and there is not much that really fits the look of halforum. I am at work right now, but I will get the charter ready when I get home. This would be a perfect time to finalize the name though, so if anyone else has any ideas, post them now before I start a poll.

I attempted that, but I don't think the red looks very good with a black background. You can barely even see it really. I kind of want to go with more of a white and gold look to match the Durr face, which reminds me more of this place then the HAL eye.

Decided to just play around with a few designs not worrying to much about making them match the name or halforum in general. When we vote for a name I can compile them and we can vote on a tabard too.
