Wyrmrest Accord WoW Guild Sexy Fun Time.

Is there anything special about the spirit beasts other than how they look? Also, can you tame the quest spirit mobs in the Jade forest? That would seem to be the easiest way if it's possible.

Spirit Beasts are an exotic pet that can come in many different pet flavors. One is a bear, one a cat, one a wolf, etc... They also get Prowl, much like the cats, but an extra ability Spirit Heal, which is a decently powerful healing spell. At the beginning of MoP, Hunters were actually using Spirits Beasts, Stampede, and the Stampede glyph to give themselves a personal LoH type heal. Was pretty annoying trying to kill them.

Omg so jealous! Do youind sharing some tips?
Lots of patience. This one took me two weeks of searching to finally get. Your best bet might be to try logging in at odd hours. It's Gondria, and I got him at the staircase (about 63, 42). I just flew to each of the coords shown in wowhead until I was bored. Use track beasts, he's neutral so he'll be the only yellow dot. Makes it easy to pick out quickly. This is the second time I've seen him at this spot. The first time was just as another hunter was taming him. :-(

Those aren't tameable. It's pretty much just looks. I wants to collect them all though!

Next is Loque. Then I need to actually get back to leveling my hunter...

I've been looking for the cats in Hyjal on my horde hunter with no luck. There are crz folks there often. I just want one for the heal buff and because they look awesome.

Lots of CRZ people around when I was looking too. Maybe try this one, since it's in Northrend it might not be nearly as camped as the others.

I think a texture artist at Blizzard was a bit bored.

I would say it was an accident, but I see no reason for those nice "ridges" at the tip. :unibrow:

Any of yinz awake at this hour? Just transferred my old rogue Topkapi from Sen'Jin to Wyrmrest Accord. I've also got a monk named Sinanju already there.

ETA: did combat always hit this hard, or have Wrath quest mobs been nerfed to the bone? I'm barely getting my combo points up before a lot of them just fall over. My gear is crap, so it can't be that.

How about that five years of rested XP? :)

And I'm in. Thanks, Dave! I'll look to get my monk in later on as well. Been years since I ran an Alliance toon through early levels. It's all so different now.

Third toon inbound. My semi-abandoned 80 pally, Sheltem. Brought heirlooms for Topkapi and Sinanju to share, and some items to AH to get some gold in his pockets.

Yup. They are account bound. So if they have an heirloom on them and you transfer, it goes with them.

That's what I did. Offloaded heirlooms off another toon on Dark Iron that stalled onto my paladin, then gave them to my rogue when I arrived on Wyrmrest.

And once he gets to Pandaria, I can transfer the heirlooms to the monk for the rest of his journey to 85. :)

(I haven't done old world quests in years, especially Alliance side. Holy crap it's different. :))

I like questing because I can hop in and out of the game as my weird schedule allows, and I can get a jump on my gathering as I find a node.

(When it's really, really slow at work at 2am, I can get a few quests in, and just hover out of harms way for a couple minutes if I have to deal with a guest. :))

FYI, in case anyone needs it, I put, like 60 ir 80 darkfallow ink in the guild bank because I didn't realize that they had changed over to the pandaren ink for the exchange.... hour of herb farming for nothing.. sigh.

Woot! Daverondol just made it to Northrend this morning. Kicking ass & taking names. And by kicking ass I mean I'm a monk so I LITERALLY kick ass!

Oh, and I bought 10 STACKS of Netherweave on the AH for 15g each. Turned each stack into a Netherweave bag that sold for 29g each. I love capitalism.

Let me advise you that the Zeppelins are inside Ogrimmar now. Just to spare you the shame of searching for them outside like a fool like I did recently.

I ran through org for the fire festival on an alliance char, and goddamn, it's impossible to find ANYTHING now.

We got anything close to a hf horde guild?

I started a Blood Elf rogue on our regular guild server. I also ran through the Echo Isles quest with a lowbie troll. HOLY LORE, BATMAN... It shows you exactly how strained the relations between the trolls and the orcs are since Hellscream took over the Horde. He and Vol'jin are at each other's throats, to the point where Vol'jin is threatening to kill Garrosh and pull the trolls away from the Horde. I'm thinking about making a lowbie Tauren to find out if there's any lore about how the Tauren, Baine in particular, are reacting to Garrosh taking the role of Warchief.

Basically, the Horde is a big old mess right now.

Reading the books you find out that it's just about worse with the Tauren vs Garrosh and then there's the whole Forsaken storyline where it's the strain between Sylvanas and Garrosh. You nailed it with the -big old mess-.

To be honest, Sylvanas's alliance with the horde has ALWAYS been one of convenience. She still has the ultimate goal of making everyone undead, so her main conflict with Garrosh is mainly that he's not as easily manipulated as Thrall and Cairne were.[DOUBLEPOST=1353967918][/DOUBLEPOST]I've started "The Sundering" so I can already see where Garrosh is only begrudgingly tolerated by the Tauren prior to the events of Cataclysm.

I know, and I don't plan on revisiting it.

But hey, on a subject that may be just as divisive, why do they feel the need to keep resurrecting dead characters to be raid/dungeon bosses? Having Mannoroth come back in BC pissed me off to no end. Way to completely invalidate Grom's sacrifice.
