You're right. When I did the last test I didn't change the permissions for registered users.

Animated avatars are not allowed (and automatically converted to .jpg) in threads. This saves time on loading threads. Xen wants to be fast. On your profile and your member card, however, it will continue to animate... or.. dance uncontrollably in your case.

Welp I guess it is time to get a new Avatar (any suggestions?)

It's still there and will come back when I figure out how to make Google Ads not show up in that sub. It's against their TOS and they'd drop me.
