5.2 adds a legendary meta-gem. Seems all that talk of a legendary "head enchant" was just a wording mistake.

Wow, crappy. Hopefully customer service can get at least some of that stuff restored.
Surprisingly, a GM has contacted me within 5 minutes of submitting my Ticket.
They also canceled the faction change, and froze my account before anymore damage was done.
I mostly did the authenticator for the corehoud pet
Whatever the reason I got it, I'm really glad I did.I also like the fact that the authenticator works for all my Blizzard games. I don't have to worry about someone hacking my D3 account as well. Speaking of which Gilgamesh you may want to check your Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 accounts as well, if you have them. They may have screwed with those accounts as well. At least with SC2, there's not much they can do.
I had an autheticator, from the day they were released. This week I had to shut it off as I ordered a new phone and my old one was completely out of comission.
It took them less than 2 days to realize I did not have one and grab my account.
Update: Within an hour, Customer Service has fully restored my entire account and everything is back exactly where it was. I'd say I'm impressed but this company never fails to impress me anymore. They're just too awesome.

I have the phone authenticator installed just in case I have to move to it quickly after my normal one dies. I have to admit though, this one I got at BlizzCon has been a truck, battery still going strong.
Yeah, sadly my original non-mobile autheticator finally died. So I'd been using my phone one for years. Just took a couple of days without it due to ordering my new phone, for this hack to happen. Which is pretty impressive since I have no trojans or viruses on my system.
I have a feeling they got it sometime a long time ago and have some sort of bot system that does login attempts every so often through each one caught with an authenticator. Unless you changed the pass recently.
You're right, it's possible, I haven't changed it in a long time. Pretty impressive technology just to steal a WoW password and some gold. I'm sure they get alot of gold with how many accounts they hack, but gold doesn't sell for much these days. I really wonder if the market is still that lucrative.
If they have bots running it, it's probably just free money to them. The bots can be so advanced these days they can literally find a mailbox using cords and mail the gold automatically to the one character they use to store it. There are even bots for battlegrounds that not only know which BG you are in, but based on the type will randomly attempt to "play" it. I remember a Arathi Basin where a very obvious bot kept randomly running to captured flags and then once attacked would fight back until he died. This made it impossible to report kick him out since once the debuff came up his character would start fighting and knock it off.

So I have most of them now and have seen Ban'Thalos several times (either just missed him or had no more room for other pets and tried to find another hunter to come get him but watched an alliance priest kill him). I have yet to see Skoll. Have any of you seen him/tamed him?

So Ghostcrawler left a tease on his Twitter today. Someone asked him what the next give thing for the expansion would be, like how WOTLK brought LFD and Cataclysm brought LFR. He answered back with a simple sentence, "We haven't announced it yet "
