D&D Wiki calls it a Performance: Eroticism check. So, charisma it is.

That's silly. Charisma would definitely help you get to the act but just cause you're pretty, doesn't mean you got the skills where it counts.

I stopped missing 3.5 the second I found Pathfinder. 4e I don't like because it just doesn't feel right.

Also, I would say that's a Dex check, minute work in the same vein as lockpicking and sleight of hand.

Paizo's take on 3.5. Rules and skills are streamlined, classes have more room for personal flavors and takes, fighters are useful on high levels, grappling rules do not demand 100+ pages.... that sorta stuff. Basically it's D&D 3.75.
