Yeah, I know it is. After all, nobody died in the Watergate affair. That is still a major stretch.
Nobody died from wiretapping the citizens.Yeah, I know it is. After all, nobody died in the Watergate affair.
People died in Benghazi.Nobody died from wiretapping the citizens.
Okay, who put Bill in charge of hiring Hilary's security?members of former Sec. Clinton's security detail constantly sneaking away from their posts to hire hookers
Did the alleged cover up have a god dammed thing to do with that?People died in Benghazi.
Yes, the coverup is attempting/has attempted to obfuscate:Did the alleged cover up have a god dammed thing to do with that?
So if voter intimidation doesn't prevent anyone from voting there's nothing wrong?Wait, didn't every one of the tea party organizations who were given extra attention for applying for tax exempt status still get granted that status? How is that Watergate level?
1) Running guns to Syrian opposition, IE, "Iran Contra 2.0"1. CIA needs information about what is happening in Libya 2.o
2. Marines only defend embassies.
3. The Administration and the Congress
4. They were already dead.
5. The CIA thought spontaneous at first then they revised it.
Oh yeah, that's why I stopped commenting in these threads. Thanks! So if voter intimidation doesn't prevent anyone from voting there's nothing wrong?
You'll be back. You always come back.Oh yeah, that's why I stopped commenting in these threads. Thanks!
I also feel I would be remiss if I didn't point out people died in Fast and Furious, too.
Lets put this correctly, shall we? Non-tea party groups were granted quickly. Tea party, not so much. That's not to say high level officials were involved or directed them to do so (of course, you won't convince the armchair experts of that). If anything, everyone should have gone through that level of scrutiny. The failure is all other groups which aren't tea party related got an easy pass they shouldn't have.Months after the election, most of them did. Of course all the same types of organizations that were formed to support the democrats were given that status well before the election.
Yes, but Vin Diesel has developed an alarming bioluminescent eye condition. Is The Rock ok?
Yes?Do the details matter when the effect is the same?
Yes?
Look, there's plenty of shit to worry about. The wiretapping, killing American citizens, etc etc. Getting bent out of shape over extra scrutiny of morons being used by corporations that want a tax free lobby is the least of my concerns.
That's what I get for being a dumb hick. You're both misunderstanding me here. This should be flagged and checked, just as much as the moron PAC's for liberal groups. It should be hard to have a tax free organization designed to just raise money for politics.
I thought I had explained that in my first post, but apparently Covar wasn't the only one confused by what I wrote.
I promise you, the guy who has lived in Wisconsin his whole life isn't calling anyone dumb, let alone a hick. That's what I get for being a dumb hick.
... and in about 8 years or so Obama's approval rating will be just as high, if not higher. It's not surprising. Presidents are always more popular after they're out of office. It's come to this. More Americans now hold a favorable view of GWB than unfavorable.
Well, most of them.... and in about 8 years or so Obama's approval rating will be just as high, if not higher. It's not surprising. Presidents are always more popular after they're out of office.
Do Republican ex-Presidents do PR work? They tend to retire into obscurity from what I've seen. Perhaps it's the voting demographic each party targets that makes it seem that way to me.It's basically a sure bet that GWB is never going to get to do any of the important former president stuff that guys like Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton get to do. I don't see GWB being sent overseas to broker peace between two countries (if only because he'd likely be arrested or targeted by assassins) and he's never going to get the good PR that Carter did with charity work... that only works if people like you to begin with.
I am literally waiting for the day that state cops try to arrest a federal marshal or FBI agent for trying to enforce a federal law. It's going to be some serious shit.4/5ths of the states have now passed laws in direct contravention of federal law in regards to guns, drugs, health care, etc and making it a felony for a federal agent to attempt to enforce the federal laws in question.
