So I started playing but im never on when everyone else is. Any idea why people are all up in my balls to get me to trade them some earbuds?

Earbuds are generally considered the most valuable trading currency in TF2 for several reasons:

- They are rare. Not many people got them because you had to play TF2 on a Mac during 2 very specific times.
- They are limited in supply. They were only given out during two special events and only if you played from a Mac. Most people don't own Macs and most of them who do don't play TF2.
- Because the supply is limited, they also have a set value.
- They are attractive.
- Anyone can wear them.

So everyone is trying to get your earbuds because they are worth a shit ton. My advice? Keep them. But if you want to trade them, I wouldn't ask for less than 22-23 Keys or 127 Refined Scrap.

I know how it feels. Everyone wants my Bill's Hat for the same reason and they keep trying to scam me out of it.
