My rats are now cool instead of just being cute.
When I clean their cage, I let them romp around the couch and I put all their toilet paper tubes and walnuts on there for them to play with. Usually I'll put all this stuff back in the cage when cleaning's done. Tonight, they did it themselves. I know they were just stashing it, but it helped me avoid one pain in the ass step, and by the time they started eating and abandoned the couch, they had cleared everything but one walnut (out of five, plus about 10 cardboard tubes, some of which are difficult for them to move). I love these little guys.

That is an idea but at the moment I was thinking more along the idea of having Princess Zelda playing a harp with the notes from Zelda's Lullaby on my other arm.
