Victoria's Secret - The Bombshell. Best. Cosplay. Bra. EVER!! It's a crazy push-up, so I only use it when cosplaying, but if you want cleavage, that bra is the way to go. Expensive, sure, but the quality is fantastic and it will last you for a really long time, so it's completely worth it in my opinion. Now, go forth!

Yup - when I'm down in the States I always look there, but they are cheaply made, and rarely have any, uh, oomph. They seem designed to flatten not emphasize.
Fredericks of Hollywood seems to be the best bet, but even their 'fuller' cup sizes can be more squishy than lifty. Or cup runneth over issues.
Apparently if there's more material up top, you don't need the lift according to manufacuters? But gravity dammit!

You should start a write-in campaign to get victoria's secret to make a larger version of the Bombshell line. But what would they call it? The Blockbuster? The Daisy-Cutter? The Bunker Buster? The MOAB?

There's only so much a strap can do, at some point I'm thinking a 5mm stainless steel looped wire support structure that helps lift the bottom of the cup by transferring weight to the bottom of the breastbone/top of the stomach at a close to 90 degree gradual bend. Not a corset exactly, as it wouldn't completely surround the body or squeeze anything

I was going to recommend this brand because it was started by one of the greatest engineers of the 20th century.
Speaking as someone who's, uh, in the amply busty department, have you tried Soma? I just recently tried theirs, and not only do they have a pretty big selection for the over D-cup crowd, but the lift and cleavage are pretty impressive! And probably cost less than plate mail.

As for sizing. As most women could probably tell you, manufacturers claim standardized sizing, but from experience that's a great honking steaming load of BS. From the same manufacturer I range between 4 different cup sizes and at least that in band sizes.
Also, busty girl comics are awesome.
From what I've heard (what with my lack of *ahem* hands-on experience), bra sizes run kind of like dress sizes, which means they are, at best, vague suggestions about which realm you should be in as opposed to an actual, dependable size. One day we took a trip to this store*, which resulted in a bra which fit much better than any department store find, but which of course was a bit pricier. Too bad we couldn't afford to go there regularly.

Instead of a new bra, have you thought of inserts or shading? They're cheaper options which could maybe work for you? Sorry they don't have your size. And I wish I could be of more help.
