Haha, I always feel bad when people make fun of that pose because...I know the girl the pose is modeled after and she legit sits like that.
I'll practice with supervision so I don't hurt myself! I promise.
Can... can I uh, supervise?

We could make it a Halfie party! Everyone could come supervise. I probably need it - I'm accident prone.Can... can I uh, supervise?
Victoria's Secret - The Bombshell. Best. Cosplay. Bra. EVER!! It's a crazy push-up, so I only use it when cosplaying, but if you want cleavage, that bra is the way to go. Expensive, sure, but the quality is fantastic and it will last you for a really long time, so it's completely worth it in my opinion. Now, go forth!Kags - where do you get your bras?!? There's some seriously impressive structural engineering going on there, and I can never find garments that achieve that level of, well, cleavage. Short of corsets, which are not viable for everyday ware.
*does a google image search for Victoria's Secret Bombshell bra
Ye gods.
Bugger. They don't carry it in my cup-size. I shall have to continue my search for ridiculous cleavage. (Also, $50/bra is about average for bras for me, so this is not that pricey, at least on the scale of bra prices.)Victoria's Secret - The Bombshell. Best. Cosplay. Bra. EVER!! Have you tried Lane Bryant? I know they specialize in bras for bigger chests. DO EET!! =^^=Bugger. They don't carry it in my cup-size. I shall have to continue my search for ridiculous cleavage. Thanks for the tip though!
Now, back to your regularly scheduled cosplay.
Thanks, Kags, now I know a easter surprise present for my lady. Talk about easter eggs...
YOU'RE WELCOME!!

I can get some tips from the wife, if you think it'll help (mostly it will be about NO SEAMS, I'm sure). Or I can drool a little bit. Either way, I should be able to contribute.the women are discussing calmly the pros and cons of brassiers.
Yup - when I'm down in the States I always look there, but they are cheaply made, and rarely have any, uh, oomph. They seem designed to flatten not emphasize.Have you tried Lane Bryant? I know they specialize in bras for bigger chests. DO EET!! =^^=
I was going to recommend this brand because it was started by one of the greatest engineers of the 20th century. The specific brand Kati recommends tends to change name/brand quite often, but it's currently listed on Playtex's site as "Playtex Women's Cotton Bra"
And yes, it's seamless. So more about comfort than buttress.

Speaking as someone who's, uh, in the amply busty department, have you tried Soma? I just recently tried theirs, and not only do they have a pretty big selection for the over D-cup crowd, but the lift and cleavage are pretty impressive! And probably cost less than plate mail.I like the Bunker Buster!
And as I said, corsets work great, but are a) bloody expensive b) awkward to keep clean and so c) not entirely ideal for everyday.
Though I do love the idea of literally wearing armor on a daily basis.
Even though it's not the correct product, what about calling it the Bunker Bustier?I like the Bunker Buster!

I have not even heard of Soma! I shall research them! And if they're reasonably priced so much the better! (At this point it it's <$100 I'm happy.)Speaking as someone who's, uh, in the amply busty department, have you tried Soma? From what I've heard (what with my lack of *ahem* hands-on experience), bra sizes run kind of like dress sizes, which means they are, at best, vague suggestions about which realm you should be in as opposed to an actual, dependable size. One day we took a trip to this store*, which resulted in a bra which fit much better than any department store find, but which of course was a bit pricier. Too bad we couldn't afford to go there regularly.Maybe check out r/ABraThatFits? It's more about getting properly sized, but I reckon there are plenty of recommendations to be found.
...and nine months later...

Why nine months? I don't get it....and nine months later...
Instead of a new bra, have you thought of inserts or shading? They're cheaper options which could maybe work for you? Sorry they don't have your size. And I wish I could be of more help.Yup - when I'm down in the States I always look there, but they are cheaply made, and rarely have any, uh, oomph. They seem designed to flatten not emphasize.
Fredericks of Hollywood seems to be the best bet, but even their 'fuller' cup sizes can be more squishy than lifty. Or cup runneth over issues.
Apparently if there's more material up top, you don't need the lift according to manufacuters? But gravity dammit!
HA! Not even - I can find bras that fit me fine, guess I'm not as busty as the rest of them.
SHADING!!!What is this shading you speak of?
And very few places carry my cup size, but hope spring eternal.
Sorry for hijacking your thread!
Yeah, yeah, I hear that a lot when it comes to shading.Nefarious!
Hey, it swings both ways. Didn't they use a similar technique in 300? We were promised abs, and we were tricked! Deceit! Fraud! Ha-rumph!Yeah, yeah, I hear that a lot when it comes to shading.
