Rock monsters.
Rock monsters.
Actually, from what I hear, nitpickers have less problems with the "rock monsters" because there are biblical references to giants living on old testament Earth. True, not specifically in the Noah chapters, but it's not as much of a stretch. But Gas ...

They look like big, strong hands, don't they...But Gas ...

Or that, I suppose. I'm not exactly a biblical scholar.Actually, the "rock monsters" in Noah are the Watchers, angels that basically chose to disobey God and go to Earth.
Do NOT start that. Nothing is more sad. They look like big, strong hands, don't they...
Oh, you mean the fallen angels I had to sort of hunt down in that terrible game El Shaddai.Actually, the "rock monsters" in Noah are the Watchers, angels that basically chose to disobey God and go to Earth.
I thought I had read that there's rumors of a sequel going around.Tucker & Dale vs. Evil
This popped up on Netflix recently - possibly not for the first time, but the first time I remember seeing it.
Holy hell do I regret not seeing this sooner. It's hilariously awesome with a really clever, well-written script and some great surprises. Highly recommended.
Can't believe it's out already. Wasn't it just New Year's? This year is flying by.I just got back from Winter Soldier. Damn, that was a great flick. When *not if* you go to see it, make sure to stick around for all the credits!
Here ya go!I want to see Winter Soldier very badly.
Here ya go!
Oh, you meant the actual movie. Not just seeing Winter Soldier.
Cap would be the kind of guy that would respectfully ask you not refer to him as corny since corn is a mainstay American food.I feel like it ain't Cap without at least a little corniness.
Showing Bucky in the museum. Why not just include that in the aftermath montage at the end?
Because that's not Bucky, not yet, that's the Winter Soldier coming to grips with how he's been programmed. Bucky is something, a memory, that is at that point, fighting against his brainwashing.
Oh, I bet you were hoping MadCap would show up at some point, weren't you?I'm a little disappointed it didn't happen, but it was already a busy enough movie.

The only Marvel movies I've really hated are Iron Man 2, Thor, and The Avengers! Thor 2 and Iron Man 3 were a blastYay, Captain America 2. Exactly the quality you'd expect from a Marvel movie.
And I have to say, I checked this thread beforehand , saw that Charlie liked it, and thought that was interesting since he doesn't generally go in for the Marvel-produced movies. Then during the movie, I realized...
This movie is about the powerful world police being so irredeemably corrupt that it has to be burned to the ground.
This does not seem coincidental. Just saying.
Fair enough. Your older opinions must be more ingrained in me.The only Marvel movies I've really hated are Iron Man 2, Thor, and The Avengers! Thor 2 and Iron Man 3 were a blast
