Truth. I was going to say that SQUARE is the RPG equivalent of CAPCOM when it comes to idiot moves for the past decade.Capcom and Square used to be game companies I just assumed I'd always buy their games site unseen, without discussion. Oh how times change.
At least Square seems to be learning something with the recent success of Bravely Default. Of course, what they've learned is something I could have told them 20 years ago AS A CHILD, but still...Truth. I was going to say that SQUARE is the RPG equivalent of CAPCOM when it comes to idiot moves for the past decade.
The only Capcom game I've ever seen where "Westernizing it" actually made me think about playing it.- This doesn't mean we want you to make games designed for our markets. We love your games just fine and we didn't stop buying them until you tried to "westernize them".
... and then they dissolved that studio, which went on to form Platinum Games and are now making a killing with Bayonetta. Nevermind that Viewtiful Joe (ANOTHER abandoned franchise...) was excellent, Okami is a critical darling, and God Hand is a universal standard for good design. DID NOT MEET INFLATED PROJECT PROJECTIONS.The only Capcom game I've ever seen where "Westernizing it" actually made me think about playing it.

I think you just quoted Wall Street several times over.DID NOT MEET INFLATED PROJECT PROJECTIONS.
Apparently they recently fixed it to have mouse support. Not sure how much that fixes issue--they already had suckered me once in 2007 buying that crappy port in the first place.I want to complain once again about how bad the PC port of RE4 is. Seriously, it's bad. It's an insult to call it a port. Hell, it's an insult to call it RE4.
Even better, it got harder and easier to match your skill. No other game has come close to doing this as well as God Hand did.God Hand was the original Dark Souls. (I know Demons Souls came before Dark, shut up)
Seriously, that game was HARD, but oh so good.
The game got mad at you for doing well, and tried to kill you more.Even better, it got harder and easier to match your skill. No other game has come close to doing this as well as God Hand did.
Killing is strong word. It did so well that no one but Nintendo would publish a sequel.... and then they dissolved that studio, which went on to form Platinum Games and are now making a killing with Bayonetta. Perhaps, but Bayonetta was well received critically, just like most of their other games.Killing is strong word. It did so well that no one but Nintendo would publish a sequel.
Have you tried the recent Ultimate HD port? Not much in the way of actual y'know HD, but it's a decent port.I want to complain once again about how bad the PC port of RE4 is. Seriously, it's bad. It's an insult to call it a port. Hell, it's an insult to call it RE4.
Allow me to smash your dreams with some unwanted reality.That...looks...amazing....want...so...bad....
So? Support doesn't mean it's mandatory.Allow me to smash your dreams with some unwanted reality.
*It was planned to(and probably still is planned to) have Occulus Rift support.
Which is now owned by Facebook.
But it would have been amazing...So? Support doesn't mean it's mandatory.
I don't recommend you flip/juggle your Oculus Rift headset. But it would have been amazing...
Imagine putting on the occulus rift while the character puts on the helmet.
Well no, you'll start getting juggling supply ads while you're dogfighting.I don't recommend you flip/juggle your Oculus Rift headset.
Well that picture wasn't really complete, they fixed it before release though:I'd like you all to appreciate this image.
Specifically, I hope you all appreciate the fact that Nintendo is showing Mega Man more love in one game that Capcom has for years.
Can't wait for Smash Bros. for more Mega Man action and for Mighty No.9, the spiritual successor to Mega Man.
What game is that?
What game is that?
Soo.... Star fox 64?
