Seriously. That guy better have an outline stashed in a safe somewhere saying how it's supposed to play out, just in case another author has to come in and fill in the in-betweens. Unlike some other authors, Roger "I'll Fill in the Details Later" F***ing Zelazny.
I'll bet it's simple: "Rocks fall, everyone dies."Seriously. (I want those hours I wasted reading "Amber" back.)
I liked the Chronicles of Amber. They didn't really go anywhere, and there were a lot of inconsistencies, but I like the way he writes.Seriously. Martin has already stated that he's given the show's producers copies of his notes in case the inevitable happens. It's not a full finished copy, but they know where the story is going.Seriously. Oh myyyyy.
CoA made me want to dig up Zelazny and kick him in the nuts. That man needed a good editor more than Anne Rice. He could write pages-long descriptions of plane-walking (it was called plane walking, right? I can't be bothered to check), but he would introduce characters with zero physical description in a world where not everyone is humanoid and expect us to know what we're reading about? And the constant major plot threads he left dangling after 10 books? As cool as his ideas were, the execution was horribly plotted and sloppy.I liked the Chronicles of Amber. They didn't really go anywhere, and there were a lot of inconsistencies, but I like the way he writes.
Not gonna lie. I would be legit down for that.
Yes. Yes you are.Blue Square guy said:...I'm not going to be in this by myself.
I can't remember if it was going to Chicago or from Chicago, but I once had a pilot announce, "Ladies and gentleman, please make sure you're seated and fasten your seat belts as soon as possible. We're running a few minutes behind, so to fix that, we're going to fly this plane like we stole it."
Not gonna lie. I would be legit down for that.
Did you see the post I made a week or so ago that combines Jaden tweets with Garfield comics?Seriously, follow Jaiden Smith on twitter, you will not regret it. That kid is so out of touch with reality.
You're a parent, you just don't understand. Will Smith is gangsta? Boy, have I been misusing that word...
