So they're definitely patching it, then? So, Age of Mythology EX was a buggy mess at launch. It's gotten a little better, but I really hope it improves.
Yeah, it may have been a pretty over the top claim, but....I still say it's amazing. I don't think I've played another game as deep. The only real problem with it is that the AI is not particularly good, but really this game is meant to be MP. The cool thing is that since you don't control your units in the combat phase (like in Deadlock) you can 'play by mail'. There is a third party that maintains servers for this game, and people will play 1 turn a day or two. There are people that have been playing a single MP game for years. That's a tall claim to make. Are you confident the gameplay will support it, long-term?

Has there been an anime about kite fighting?I am honestly surprised there hasn't been an anime about airplanes with sharp wings cutting through other airplanes in Japan.
That's my impressions just watching it played. I'm torn whether to pick it up or just wait for the inevitable sale.Transistor. As with Bastion, the music, art and voice-acting are top tier. The combat is different, and takes some getting used to, but turns out to be fun once you've opened a few moves. It feels a little slower and clunkier than Bastion, unfortunately, but all in all I'm enjoying it well enough so far.
I have to admit I'm a little disappointed it's not the same combat style as Bastion, as that was just so much fun. This one's almost like some weird mix of turn-based combat and real-time, it's really weird to explain. I like it, but I don't love it like I did Bastion's. Nowhere near as fluid and fun. I just want my Kid Rages For Awhile moments back.[DOUBLEPOST=1400836943,1400836865][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, it's only 20 bucks so really a sale that takes more than 3-5 dollars off is probably aways off on Steam, at least, unless we get a big Summer Sale this year. That's my impressions just watching it played. I was gonna argue, but then I thought about it and you're right. All the good stuff I'm remembering has been handheld games or remakes like Ocarina of Time 3D or Wind Waker HD. Even though there were annoying bits to Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks, they were small and occasional. They certainly didn't dominate the game like in Skyward Sword.I'm nearly finished with Skyward Sword, and I think I'm just going to drop it. It's not a bad game, but it's severely disappointing for a Zelda title. I feel like the console releases have only gone downhill since Wind Waker, and haven't learned much of anything from the mistakes that game made, and have added in some new annoyances.
It's a pretty sweet game, and gets the feel of space marines right. You are a one man engine of destruction. So I just bought Warhammer 40k: Space Marine via Steam, with all the DLC. I like Exterminatus mode (co-op multiplayer) even though I suck at it. The single player campaign has a really epic feel and Captain Titus makes the Ultramarines seem awesome instead of dull and pedantic.
Yeah it's pretty awesome. You absolutely feel as powerful as you should. It's a pretty sweet game, and gets the feel of space marines right. You are a one man engine of destruction.
Wasn't 4 basically the same game as 3?Tropico 5. A lot of the old charm from its predecessors is back. It is basically still the same game as 4, but it is still a lot of fun.
4 was basically 3 with a minor expansion pack.Wasn't 4 basically the same game as 3?
The part where people who pirated the game had an easier time installing and playing it over those who bought it was a nice touch.Watchdogs is pretty cool.
Concur.Watchdogs is pretty cool.
