Metal cuffs with no lining are no good. Also, if you're using them for fun, for people like Celt Z it's imperative that they have the quick-release tab, if you haven't spent the appropriate amount of time building a solid D/s relationship.

Then again, the transfer of trust being so essential in such a relationship, it's all about trusting the Dom enough to give up that control...

I hear tell that in cases where the cuffed can't abide the cuffs, a suitable substitution is hair scrunchies or wooden handles that they must hold, lest they be "punished" for taking their hands off the handles. It still shows submission without causing panic attacks in the people who have issues with actually being bound/restrained.

I just swapped processors from my old dead gaming rig, to this frankencomputer that I cobbled together from an old HP computer that I picked up off of my brother. I am a little mad that I did not do this last year. Holy Hell, the difference in performance is night and day. Now I can play just about any game more than 2 years old.

It is still a little up in the air but it looks like my work will be extending my contract for another seven weeks. I am still going to be submitting resumes like crazy and saving my money but at least it looks like I have more than just a week before I have to start panicking now.

An hour of time and a gallon of gas later, I got Wal-Mart to pay me more for used copies of games than they sell for new (and far more than I paid).

Considering how much I dislike Wal-Mart, I am counting this as a double victory.

Sorry you had clouds! I was surprised our sky was this clear since we've had vog conditions lately.
You should see all the pics that were a mess because I moved or had the shutter open for way too long without using a tripod. There are a few that look like streaks of rounded lightning. lol

At a Halloween event last Friday, we saw a toddler dressed as Batman crying and looking for his mom and dad. After his father had collected him, I said to my family, "How ironic. Batman lost his parents.", and as my two kids guffawed, I knew we were raising true and proper nerds.

Owner gave laptop to maintenance guy with orders to "get rid of it." Now it's mine. Presario CQ60-615DX. Just a Celeron 900 and 2GB of RAM, but I can fart around with Linux on it all I want.

Surely what's ironic is that Batman's parents lost him.

I'm visiting my friend at Yale, which, if you're not familiar, is regarded as being an exceptional academic institution. My days have been filled with people who study medicine, theology, political science, architecture... And these at the top of their fields. It is alarmingly easy to convince them that in Canada you can just hop on a moose and ride it somewhere. Ivy Leaguers.
