I don't get the hover hand. Does he think she'll slap him? Even if you're doing it out of...respect (?) Why not just keep your hands by your side. Hover hand looks so ridiculous.

I don't see any additional info from the presentation maker, but if this is a guy trying to get a girlfriend/girl he is dating to let him touch, it's kinda funny (Kittens! Cookies!).
