They just had the guy who owns that web site on NPR a few months ago.
The first few, I thought, "Horrific." because, plausibly, that's someone's fetish, and it elicits a disgust response from me. Then I realised the mistake... and the laughter did not cease.
For the record, no it doesn't. The characters are mirrored, so I had to flip the picture over, but they say 謝蕊 威廉, which appears to be a transliteration of something like "Sherry William".
