Pretty sure Thog is still alive, it's just Evil Elan that got killed.

Green eyes could be any number of people, though. Any number of people with two functioning eyes, that is. Or it could be literally anyone if they were under the influence of Polymorph.

I looked this up, in the comic where Tarquin adds himself to the Linear Guild, he indicates that he refuses to work with a loose cannon like Thog. This implies that he at least thinks Thog is still alive, still presumably held prisoner by the empire of blood.

Have to say, I'm pretty sure it's Bozzok, since not only is he confirmed alive, but he's personally had a foreshadowing comic and knows where Haley went.
