[Gaming] Diablo 3 : Ser Farm-A-Lot

Well, now my Barb is level 70. Time to level up the Demon Hunter and the Wizard, then all will have hit 70. Still, it's tempting to at least try to level my Paragon skill a little while as I'm at 288 and it would be nice to hit 300.

Yay! Blizzard will let us be friends now. Did you have to buy a second copy of the game?
Nope. Nothing else transfers though - like I said, I'll have to rush through the game to unlock higher difficulties and all that jazz :) And friends lists are separate as well. Pffft!

Well, I tried to be your friend.
Unless you end up having a different battle tag on this server (which would surprise me).

Nope, same tag. It's a shame the friends lists are realm-dependent as well - it means we'd still have to meet up here, then I'd switch over. I'm not suddenly only going to play on the US servers, while the lag isn't as bad as I thought it'd be, it's still a noticeable difference (and that's with just my barb - I don't know what visual effects like a party with a wizard and so on will do).
You'd think they'd allow communication between friends at least :(

...and Wal-Mart did a price match. Saved me a 70 mile round trip or a week waiting for the discs to come in the mail. I should get my new PC tonight, and I'll likely be on Diablo this weekend.

Now folks, what is a good source of information for this game?
This thread, just pester PatrThom and Squidleybits :-p

I tend to check diablowiki.net and diablo.wikia.com info against one another, usually one or the other is ok. For most things, though, the Battle.net fora....which can also be a cesspool on occasion. So, here :) Plenty of build calculators and whatever out there, I don't tend to use them much but they are but a google away.[DOUBLEPOST=1425577374,1425577335][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, see: rant thread, I need to whine here more often (and a collective "NOOOoooo" was heard from the crowd). Just finally got a second bit of a set to use :)

Third part of the same set dropped...But it seems worse on all three fronts than what I'm wearing now...But it's so neat to carry three paaaaarrrts whaaaa! :p
(Blackthorne's Surcoat). I just spent 5 minutes trying to work out why it claimed it would also lower my healing, given neither my current nor the Blackthorne's had healing affixes...Then it dawned on me that was because of the IAS and my on-hit healing on other items. D'oh.

I am looking for getting started guides, all that I am finding is "...as soon as you hit level 70..." Or is the game just that easy to play?
It becomes a completely different game once you hit level 70.
When you're < lvl70, the game is "get to level 70, play story mode if you want."
When you're lvl70+, the game is "farm for gear and play adventure mode"
The above is not 100% true, but I feel like that's the overall sentiment.

1-70 is pretty quick other than that 55-60 mess.

I believe that you will still need to go through the story to unlock adventure mode on your account and hit level 60 on one character to access Torment.

I think @HCGLNS could join T6 with me but only if I invited him.

I love that I had an estimated delivery time of 3/5/2015 for the last 30 hours. Then just now at 6pm.... I get a N/A delivery time. I fucking rushed home after work expecting the delivery to be here, even though I did not get any updates since the package arrived in Texas yesterday at 2pm, because of the estimated delivery time.

Is Snuffles one of you guys?
I got that one, too. Level 12 Crusader, no other characters? I'm-a wait for some kind of confirmation.
I think one of the reasons I hadn't put my battle tag up yet was because it's now searchable on the Internet. Oh well, cat's out of the bag now.

I assume that anyone who has tried to friend us both probably got it from the forum, though of course I have no idea if it is someone from the forum.

Hah, finally completed my collection of legendary gems by finding the Boon of the Hoarder. Excellent.
(also; the RNG just know when you don't actually have the time to do an extra level :p)

So I'm working up my seasonal HC Wizard, just got the Pig Sticker dagger and equipped it on my Templar, and it's one of the funniest dang things I've ever done in this game.
"Black magic bars our way...but the will of a Templar is stronger! Squeee!"
"I've always wanted to fight some of these. Squeee!"
"Our opponents may be strong, but I will not stand down. Squeeee!"
I've turned him into a pig version of The Tick and it is hilarious. It's like I'm adventuring with mid-transformation Madmartigan.
