Great. The TPP is not only an abomination, but it's going to give us Jar Jar Binks. Thanks, Obama.

Man in Brazil parks in garage, 3 armed robbers catch the door and follow him in to rob him... but...

Best Youtube comment: "If they banned criminals then this wouldn't have happened"

I think they were, but it's just a .22, so for a little while adrenaline trumps.
Yeah, if it didn't cause major blood loss or hit a major organ, it might take a while to notice it. Especially if he was using wadcutters. Come to think of it, even if it did hit something important, the guy might not realize it until he drops over dead.

I don't think I've seen wadcutters in anything smaller than a .32 cal.

They mostly don't make them because a .22 wadcutter would have feeding problems in a magazine due to it's small size and firing problems as well. There's a reason they aren't more prevalent.

Yeah, I expect .22 match is the closest there is, because anything fully flat-faced would probably be a bolt-action round if it exists at all.

Close range with a 22 is a pretty nasty wound. People underestimate 22 because its such a small bullet, but thats also what makes it so nasty. Larger calibers will go in and out, even punching through bone to get through. A 22 is going to tumble and bounce through your body. My brother refers to it as "The Meataxe". I'm surprised it was a 22 though, not the most common pistol caliber.

The Mafia used to use .22 revolvers for awhile because where nasty execution tools. At point blank range the round would enter the skull, but not penetrate the other side... so it would bounce around the inside of the skull and shred the brain until it ether lost power and stopped or flew out of an eye socket.

Also, the ammunition was cheap and easily available and could be used in small easily concealable pistols. They also liked to use .25 and .32 pistols for the same reasons.

The Colt 1908 Vest Pocket Pistol was easily concealed, flat, and deadly at close range, for example.

It was part of a scene, I don't remember if it was actually explained.
Yes, I've seen Casino. Well, most of it.

Casino was damned good. In some ways maybe slightly better than Goodfellas, but it didn't have the same cultural impact - there are very few current directors who don't mention Goodfellas as being a film they find inspirational or influential.
