That's okay; I finished the season yesterday and I'm good to wait now.

"I farted during season 4. It's an inside joke."
...WHAT?! Damn you NBC, ad-vo-tise yo shit mo!Hannibal is back.
Oh Bedelia, what have you gotten yourself into.
Agreed; I only heard about it coming back because I went searching for a season 3 premiere date....WHAT?! Damn you NBC, ad-vo-tise yo shit mo!
It takes quality dips somewhere in season 4 and then again in season 6, but after each one it comes back strong.Midway through season 6 of Scrubs at this point. Once again starting to lose me a bit, Nurse Shirley just completely ruins a certain arc. JD is full on Flanderized. One thing I will note, it's a good thing this show wasn't made today. It would be crucified by certain parts of the Internet (you know the parts) instead of beloved.

Season 7 is rough too, thanks to the short run and writer's strike. 8 is all wins, though.Midway through season 6 of Scrubs at this point. s9 gets a lot of crap, but I agree, it's really not that bad. Had it been a true spinoff and not labeled as s9 I think it would have been received better by the fans.Just consider the last season a fan fiction spin off It's not bad, but the end of the penultimate season is a much better ending point for the series.
I didn't mind 7's content, but yeah, it's way too short. That writer's strike did a lot of damage. Still pissed about Pushing Daisies and what ended up happening to Battlestar Galactica that probably wouldn't have happened if they hadn't needed a mid-season stop-gap ... which wouldn't have been an issue if Sci-Fi hadn't been doing stupid half-seasons.Season 7 is rough too, thanks to the short run and writer's strike. 8 is all wins, though.
It hurt a lot of shows. Heroes was terrible after the first season thanks to it.I didn't mind 7's content, but yeah, it's way too short. That writer's strike did a lot of damage. I will probably hate that BSG ending for years.
I wonder if this is setting the tone for the week.Steven Universe: It's Steven Bomb 2.0 this week, so 5 more new episodes before another hiatus. And we get a new intro this week since everyone has their new costumes... Neat.
So day 1 is Sworn to the Sword and HOLY HELL RIGHT IN THE FEELS.
Also... how fucking irresponsible was it for Pearl to tell Connie some of that stuff? Connie's human. She gets hurt, it's for keeps unless the Gems can fix her.
Yeah that was like a dagger of emotion right there.Steven Universe: It's Steven Bomb 2.0 this week, so 5 more new episodes before another hiatus. And we get a new intro this week since everyone has their new costumes... Neat.

Yeah, not to mention the...Man, Steven Universe isn't fucking around this week.
Confirmed what the kindergarten does, although not exactly what Peridot is up to anymore. Not to mention why Amethyst feels like shit sometimes--she knows that for her to be born, a part of Earth had to rot away.
Didn't Peridot mention something about looking for "the" Cluster before? Did she come to get a single, specific bunch of Gem fragments that actually came out RIGHT? Or maybe the shards of someone important?
MEh... it's 5 episodes this week, then another hiatus. We tend to get episodes in big chunks for some reason.Hah, may as well just change the thread title to "The Steven Universe Spoiler Thread."
Not just that ...I just noticed, when Steven withheld his high-five when they said "Human Beings." That's gonna turn into something.
GRAH I WANT IT NOW- nah I'm playing, I got other stuff. READ A BOOK WHINERS!I pondered whether this Steven Bomb would end with a plot episode or a really silly episode, and damn them if they didn't manage to do both at once.
Jasper coming out of the fusion mental area and just saying "You" over and over was great. Obviously the Lapis/Jasper stuff was surreal and creepy ... but the dream stuff was surreal and hilarious. At first I felt bad for Pearl that she was dreaming of her and Rose. Then "Rose" turned to face her. I usually don't like when Amethyst gets on Pearl's ass about this stuff, but I laughed this time.
I'm not surprised seeing the gems rundown. Though they may not need sleep, they certainly can't stay in constant action and attention at all times, otherwise Peridot would've reached the Kindergarten a while ago.
This thread should stay pretty clean of Steven Universe ... until next month. Yup, another week of episodes in July!
Speaking of which ...GRAH I WANT IT NOW- nah I'm playing, I got other stuff. READ A BOOK WHINERS!
I like to think the Gems were legitimately tired, I'd like to think their mental taxation on looking for Malachite caused them to lose "harmony" making them act MODERATELY buggy. Not cracked gem Amethyst buggy, but buggy. Think of it as having a computer on for WAY too long(and my computer program theory shall stand for ALL time)! Sometimes you gotta hit the shut down switch.
And yeah I loved everything in the dream realm, to Steven's trippy sitcom , to Pearl's...completely appropriate dream, to the absolute horror that was the domain of Malachite.
