Still not sold on it. All the early reports I heard (mostly from the Giant Bomb guys) have been pretty negative on it. It's a gamble. So GMG has a 50% promo on Mad Max.... but it worked for everything for about 2 hours.
Fallout 4 was like 30$
Missed it by 5 minutes before they fixed it.
Yes. Don't know if 33% off is enough to warrant it for you, but it was a very good game in its genre. Depends if you like or love the genre.I see Pillars of Eternity is on sale. You guys still recommend?
The concept sounds really fun--the gameplay looks mediocre.Still not sold on it. All the early reports I heard (mostly from the Giant Bomb guys) have been pretty negative on it. It's a gamble.

Those discounts are crazy! In the Telltale create-a-bundle, Game of Thrones is $14.99 and Tales from the Borderlands is $12.49 individually, or $27.48 together. Add the three 99 cent games and your new total is $10.49 for all five (which I just bought).Humble Bundle is having a big sale right now. On top of that, they're giving away a free game! Stealth Inc 2:

I'm really tempted to get Back to the Future (and just to get it cheaper, toss in Puzzle Agent 1 & 2, and Poker Night 2). If the Sam & Max games were included in this deal, I would've gotten them in a heartbeat. Those discounts are crazy! GET IT! Easily one of the best Middle Earth games, or just games in general.https://www.humblebundle.com/
Latest Humble Bundle is a bunch of Tom Clancy games. I've honestly never been a fan of any of the Tom Clancy games, myself, but it's a pretty damn great deal for anyone who is a fan.
EDIT: Ick, they're redeemable ONLY through UPlay. You know, on the other hand...

Bundle Stars has had this amazing deal with Shadow of Mordor for awhile now. It was $19.99 for the game and all its DLC for awhile. Now it's dropped to $14 for the same package. I've been humming and hawing over it for several days now.
Whoa. Bought.https://www.humblebundle.com/

Can't say about the DLC, since I've never played it. But I've bought a few things from Bundle Stars before. They work just like Green Man Gaming or Humble Bundle.[DOUBLEPOST=1441164866,1441164599][/DOUBLEPOST]a) How trustworthy is Bundlestars? I'd never heard of them before today, and apparently even my work's filter hasn't - they aren't blocked.
b) How valuable is the DLC? I can see myself playing this eventually, but with a GOTY edition or just the base game from a Steam sale at -75% or so - this is more or less the same but is it worth getting all the DLC or am I better off waiting for a cheapo version of the base game?
Done. It really is too good a deal to pass up.[DOUBLEPOST=1441165186][/DOUBLEPOST]http://www.bundlestars.com/store/darksiders-franchise-pack/GET IT! Easily one of the best Middle Earth games, or just games in general.
I've never played the second, but the first was very good. It's not as good as Zelda at puzzles, and the combat isn't perfect, but it's a lot of fun. If Zelda games weren't such a high benchmark, then it wouldn't make Darksiders's flaws so obvious. The gameplay is solid, if rough around the edges. The story is ludicrous, and verges on nonsensical; while the mythology just jumps right over that line and is unfathomable. Still, the characters are fun, even if the world makes no sense.http://www.bundlestars.com/store/darksiders-franchise-pack/
Speaking of Bundle Stars, here's another pack they're offering: the Darksiders franchise pack. Both games and all the DLC for $11.99. Not sure if that one's worth it, since I've never played them.
Seconded. Good, though not great. Fun, though not awesome. Interesting, though not engrossing. If you're looking for something to play, 12 dollars is a good price.I've never played the second, but the first was very good. Fallen Enchantress:Legendary Heroes is 10 bucks on humble now.I noticed a 50% increase in my youtube views on the 22nd.
And it's because the Humble Bundle this go around has both Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes and Space Engineers in it (if you spend more than $18).
Space Engineers is iffy, but there's no minimum to get FE:LH, and that's DEFINITELY worth picking up.
Here, just for giggles one more time, is my review of Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes
I was about to get all pissed off...then I saw it was only a couple dollars less than I paid for it a couple of weeks ago, so..meh
Same.Another reputedly good game I'll miss because of my Uplay embargo.
Shadow of Mordor doesn't require uplay if you purchase from steam.Another reputedly good game I'll miss because of my Uplay embargo.
I can personally attest to this. I haven't had to log into uPlay.Shadow of Mordor doesn't require uplay if you purchase from steam.
Yeah but those 3 hours we played was like 1/3 of the entire game. I'd say to those who don't already have it, wait until it goes down to around $5 to get Gat Out of Hell.Eh? I was really enjoying gat out of hell for the brief amount of time you and I played it.
Basically this. It's fun, though not as funny as The Third or IV, but it's really just sort of a stand-alone DLC.Yeah, I'm a big fan of the SR franchise, but I'll wait on Gat out of Hell. Not that it doesn't look funny, I just got the impression it was kind of a mini-game, and it cost too much for that.
