Cops only lie about things that directly benefit them and reinforce the existing power structure. Shit Swastikas make fascists look bad and turn their dog whistles into tornado sirens, so it's very unlikely the police would knowingly lie about a Shit Swastika

Welp, if there's pictures of it, there's pictures of it. It just smelled fishy that there were no pictures of it before, when 99%+ of the people on that campus have smartphones and already point their cameras at anything and everything.

And it was done on bathroom tile! The only less permanent, more easily cleaned place that poop could have gone was to have stayed in the toilet.
I like that out of all this crazy stuff going on, GasBandit was most skeptical that a college student would use feces to make a swastika.

What the poop swastika means to me is that some dude was racist and crazy - not necessarily mutually exclusive. I've never - not once in 50 years of living - looked at my shit and said, "Yup. This would work MUCH better than a sharpie."
Whomever this "artist" is, I want him or her to come to my house to pick up my back yard. Handling dog poop won't make them gag like it does me.

It'll be interesting to see if republican talk radio continues to carry water for Trump after this latest explosion of insanity. Rush has been propping up Trump with everything he's got, these last few weeks, and Hannity only has been pausing from doing the same to wistfully beg Newt Gingrich to come back.
It's hilarious how now everybody's looking at Marco Rubio as the "sensible alternative." 2 years ago he was a Tea Party maverick everybody hated.

The problem with the Republican party is that all the actually sensible candidates have given up. Seriously, who's left who's not Tea Party, Ridiculously Religious, Straight-up Insane, or Trump?

Jeb Bush. And nobody wants him. Except, of course, for the GOP Leadership/Establishment. But nobody else.
It's saying something that I'm actually in agreement that he's probably the best candidate in the bunch.

Very well. How about the fact that Trump may be an idiot talking about building a wall, but we've already built several hundreds of kilometers of wall to "stop" the immigration from Syria and Afghanistan?
Politicians advocating "renegotiating" the Geneva Convention to limit refugee rights?
Politicians suggesting only allowing refugees in after they've signed a waiver to not practice their religion?
Politicians ordering all immigrants to visibly wear colored badges to indicate their status?
The Nazi's aren't all that far away in some European countries; mostly Central and Eastern Europe, but the right wing politicians in Belgium or the Netherlands would gladly follow their examples. The migration crisis is really showcasing how completely backwards some parties still are on some topics.
And mind you, I'm far from in favor of open borders, but....
