Troll attempt successful. 10 points for Griffindor
Hmmm... Which Hogwarts House hosts trolls? I was going to say Slytherin, but it is true that at least pre-Wizard War, Griffindor was where all the bullies went, and Slytherin was a much smarter/scheming house.

So was Trolling an Old Griffindor art, and now a New Slytherin one? Wonder how that handover went.

I was going to say Slytherin, but I didn't really read the books and didn't care enough to look up how to spell it. Went the safe route.

okay, so just checking the goalposts on this garbage fire - advocating literal slaughter of tens of millions of people is okay, but calling someone "genocidal" is not?

Why do you keep talking about yourself?

Anyways, I hope that clinic is back and providing just tons of abortions as soon as possible.
16 million black babies killed since 1973, out of a total population of 40+ million US black people, that's over 1/3 of today's population, killed before birth.

So why bother calling anyone else out on advocating tens of millions of deaths or genocide when you've done both in one sentence?

literally "if you don't like it, you can geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet out". astonishing.
It's not a matter of "love it or leave it," it's that you literally said that the country is an "evil barbaric hellhole" and that it will never get better, so I can only assume that if the country is so irredeemably, terrifyingly horrible and there's no hope of redemption, that you'd be taking steps to move to where you consider things to be "civilized."

Well, either that, or you're just full of shit and like to talk trash while you enjoy the benefits of living in the most comfortable nation in the world.

If those were the only words you were using, then it would have been allowed. Your exact quote was, "Fuck off, you genocidal half-wit."

And I'd absolutely LOVE to see a forum you moderated. It would be...Tumblr-esque.

if I could afford emigration, I would have done it already, but I'll set up a kickstarter if you want to help me out.
Emigration to where, exactly? Another site? Or to another physical location?

Sites are cheap, man. Grab a small GoDaddy (or similar) monthly host & get a free forum software. Bing, bang, boom. $7 later and you have your own forum.

I dare you to set up that kickstarter, complete with an explanation of why you want to emigrate.[DOUBLEPOST=1449162251,1449162212][/DOUBLEPOST]

No, man, country. The conversation's on this very page!

The costs for emigration, if you go the education route, should just be travel and living expenses. Since you seem to be able to afford your living and have time and can afford entertainment, then I expect if you really desired to emigrate you could accomplish it. Here's one guide, that, while focused on African emigration to a free education country, should apply just as well to a US citizen.

Here's a site entirely devoted to living and working where you want to live and work, rather than accepting the default of staying where you were born:

http://www.expatica.com/

And, honestly, even if you don't go through with a citizenship change, you can quite happily live in many countries for years and decades, without having to work more than you already are maintaining your living here.

If it's something you seriously want to do, any roadblocks can be overcome, and the financial roadblock which you appear to be focusing on is probably not nearly as insurmountable as you assume it to be.

Gotcha. Emigrating to Belgium or someplace civilized. I skimmed. It's one of my faults.

Understandable, we're all busy people. Hell, this week is super busy for me too, because our annual toy drive for needy kids started yesterday and runs through sunday, and as usual, everything is SNAFU because the lady who is in charge of organizing it is basically the prototypical season 1 April Ludgate (equal parts bitchy, apathetic, and lazy).

Literally have heard this kind of retort used when discussing "brown people", inner-city black americans, south-americans, gipsies/roma (oh so many times), jews, palestinians, my ethnic group, etc.

Try harder.[DOUBLEPOST=1449164731,1449164680][/DOUBLEPOST]
Don Blankenship found guilty of conspiracy relating to the Upper Big Branch Mine disaster. Not guilty on other two charges.
Could you provide some context on what this means? Do you think it's just, good enough, not good enough, a miscarriage of justice, ... Why?

A report from one of the Charleston, WV stations. The conspiracy charge was a misdemeanor.

I'm biased, and both he and fellow coal CEO Bob Murray are like Captain Planet villains brought to life. IMO, anything short of dragging them naked by their ankles at interstate speed to the state line is getting off light.

You know, as dickish as charlie is, he isn't the one who said supporting abortion is comparable to supporting the murder of every person in the middle east:
