Unless it's being posted to mock the gullibility of Tumblr users, then I fail to see the remaining joke. The altered comic panel isn't funny without the claim that it's antiquated slang.

While I didn't check if it was altered (I suspected as much) I still thought it was funny. I mean why find any joke with a made up fact funny, then?

Also it's funny to me because they only had to change one word, and it follows real examples like "boner" and "spotted dick".

Yeah, I'm fine. Since we moved at work (my department), we've been in an open office environment with our control room. Their group dynamic and general team spirit is....Somewhat lacking. That is, I don't think I've had a single conversation with one of them without it descending into whining and complaining about their work and the organisation. And I sympathize, I really do, our work frustrates me too to no end, but this constant barrage of negativity is really affecting me. I mean, I'm never a happy bright sunny flower at the best of times, but pffffft. Combined with 2x 3h of sleep and 2x 12+h of work thins weekend make for a grumpy owl.
