My friend Candace (SteamWolf Symphony) makes incredible headdresses, so I commissioned one from her for a fantasy forest photo shoot I had planned. As usual plans fell through, which made me so sad! I felt bad since I told Candace I would have shots of the headdress and it never happened. SO. Nate to the rescue! And my back yard. And my closet.

The paper ones are resin-ed inside and out, so they're pretty durable. =^^=
CALLING ALL FRIENDS @figmentPez @Bones @Null @GasBandit @Ravenpoe @Cheesy1 @Bubble181 @PatrThom @Emrys @Cajungal or anyone else who posts in this thread frequently. :S ...I have a convention in March - the end of March - and I want to take a second costume with me, I need your help picking something to either fix up, or something new to make. HELP ME.
I'm currently making Kylo Ren, so that's going to be a thing. But after that, I'm not sure..
Costumes I could fix up:
Merc Snow
Scarecrow - my Arkham Knight version
Kratos (which went over so badly the first time I've had no desire to try again for years, but I think I'm ready now...)
Steampunk Harls (REALLY hesitant about this one since Harley is WAAAAAAY over done at cons, even the version I have.)
New ideas (It would need to be something relatively easy since I'm already making Kylo, but I'm open to fun suggestions):
Lara Croft - original version (leaning mostly towards this)
Something Poison Ivy - maybe the Bombshell version?
Merida (this one is quite a bit on the harder side, especially when you include props)
Zatanna
Some other version of MJ
While you could definitely pull off Lara Croft with flying aces, I'll throw in my support for the Zatanna idea.

It was the only costume I took to my last convention, which was a lot of fun. I scared many people. =^^=
What both @GasBandit and @filmfanatic said: Zatanna would be cool and the Scarecrow one is easily one of your best.
That scarecrow outfit is pretty badass. I'd want to wear that if I was going to a con.
