Yeah, though it's still one of the best in the show, in my opinion. That episode freaks me out way too much to ever watch it again.
Also I forgot the next episode is
Kutner's suicide.

Yeah, I have to agree. The whole last season story was sort of bleh to me. And I didn't like the ending at all. I hate when a great show has a poor ending *cough*Chuck*cough*.Which was where the show started losing its luster to me.
Or Earth 2, or V (1984), both of which got canned right about when they were starting to find their footing.Yeah, I have to agree. The whole last season story was sort of bleh to me. And I didn't like the ending at all. I hate when a great show has a poor ending *cough*Chuck*cough*.
The preview looked like something might happen, but yeah. I'm just about ready to drop this show. I know Rogen and Goldberg said they were going to deviate from the original books, but I didn't know you could make Preacher so boring. (And they can't blame it on tv standards, because this is the same channel that airs The Walking Dead.)On last night's Preacher, Jesse acts like a supervillain , and Tulip continues to be a psychotic ex-girlfriend ... I kinda hate this show.
Back in the time before the internet to let me know that the show had been cancelled.Or Earth 2, or V (1984), both of which got canned right about when they were starting to find their footing.

I doubt they have the budget to do a proper road trip show. They have to reuse the locations they have. The preview looked like something might happen, but yeah. Never got the chance.Did anyone follow Person of Interest?
Even if they don't have the budget for the road trip, it feels like there's no real stakes. QCE&M (or whatever) has no explained purpose, Tulip, Jesse and Cass barely interact, they've mentioned Jesse's father but no threats of Angelville (which wouldn't have required a trip, it could be a town over), Tulip's hung up on someone who ditched them (which, without any backstory is just "B.F.D.") and the angels have done jack-shit, except not die. I'm all for a slow burn, but it seems they're doing nothing with the plot/characters they do have.I doubt they have the budget to do a proper road trip show. I binged the first 15? episodes or so and lost a little steam. I've always meant to go back and everyone says it becomes/is amazing, I just haven't done it yet.Did anyone follow Person of Interest?
Like with many shows, the first season sets up expectations and lays the groundwork for the larger story. You do need to wade through a lot of number of the week episodes but those get fewer and far between as the series progresses. Give it another shot.I binged the first 15? episodes or so and lost a little steam. I've always meant to go back and everyone says it becomes/is amazing, I just haven't done it yet.
I'll disagree with the first part! Lost's flashbacks were always its greatest asset imo, and they're the best example of constant flashbacks working in TV drama. Not to spoil a 10 year old show - but I might agree with them being dicey in the final season/with that twist, but overall it was great., a frequent use of flashbacks, that has tripped up other shows (Lost and Arrow come to mind.)
@Charlie Don't Surf -- watch "No Good Deed". It is entirely your jam.
Oh, yeah. That too.And revamp the guest star bit.
I like Park. She's a bit off but I to work with House you'd have to be.If it weren't the last season I think I'd be stopping House with season 8. Park is a horrible actress andForeman being the Dean just turns his arrogant dicknose dial up to 11.
She's not bad as a character, but the actress is just awful. Like she's reading her lines for the first time.I like Park. She's a bit off but I to work with House you'd have to be.
I love the show but the final season seemed strange to me. It just doesn't fit with the rest of the series almost like I was watching something else. I need to find a new show on Netflix now.
I didn't read the spoiler, but I also admit that I've never finished out the series, and that the main reason is because I'm afraid of how wicky in the wacky-woo it probably became. What the fuck, man, House s8 is just trying to make me mad now.
