I've got my own styleguide I've developed over the years, and I enforce it pretty anally. I have a written document that I keep up to date. All caps is for constants and defines.

It's the default in my editor of choice. I was already doing this before I used it. I never questioned it again.

I think the event was field hockey, so Canada is more competitive here. The "no ice" thing is probably throwing them off, though.
