To all the 150+ characters, too.To be fair, Tracer is still going to be insta-gibbed by that combo, but ya, it does add more survivability to all the 200+ health characters.

A direct hit from a Pharah rocket does 120 damage. Since the DORB still adds 30% more damage, that is 156 damage. Tracer has 150HP.To all the 150+ characters, too.
I know Pharah will still smear a DOrb'd 150 with a direct hit, but that means even merely having Symmetra's shield will prevent one-shotting now.A direct hit from a Pharah rocket does 120 damage. Since the DORB still adds 30% more damage, that is 156 damage. Tracer has 150HP.
The other team ALWAYS has a Symmetra, and she's usually good >_<Yeah but that requires someone to actually play Symmetra.
I wish they'd just get rid of "skill based" ranking, and just base it on pure win/loss because it's clear they are failing.Support players on PTR are already reporting that the grouping limitations, coupled with the usual "supports don't get as much rating exp" that never really went away, that their friends are already outleveling them to the point of the game not letting them group any more.
Even to the point where some groups, that played all their placement matches together, the support got placed so far below they then couldn't group.
This is what it used to be like in beta, and people whined about it. For some reason FPS players really want everything to be skill rated.I wish they'd just get rid of "skill based" ranking, and just base it on pure win/loss because it's clear they are failing.
Watching that
Those are the same people who don't play support and cry that they still lose ranking on a loss though, so really. This is what it used to be like in beta, and people whined about it. For some reason FPS players really want everything to be skill rated.
That's true, I hadn't thought of that.Watching thatshamelessly self-aggrandizinghighlight reel, I noticed (too late to make use of it, probably) that when you use sonic blast, it appears to remove all English from the ball.

Huh. And now I'm not. Weird. Also guess what, you DO earn exp. Huh.
Did you play with custom settings the second time and regular defaults the first? From what I know if you leave the settings standard, thus making it just like any other VS AI type of game, you will get XP from it. Once you add random variables it does not, since it would allow it to be abused.Huh. And now I'm not. Weird.
Either there's some sort of condition with all Zenyattas or ... dunno.

The only thing I did was to mix up the opponents, I changed no other settings.Did you play with custom settings the second time and regular defaults the first? Zarya is really weird. She's just average when you start BUT if you a) time your shields properly and b) let yourself get hit as much as possible while using those shields (on yourself, on others), then she becomes the second biggest damage-dealer in the game (behind Bastion in sentry mode). Also, half of her hit points (2/3 if you count the barrier) is made up of shield which will self-heal if she is out of the fight for a few seconds. In other words, she's a Protoss.Man once you get used to her, Zarya is a beast. I thought I'd never give up Rein but wow.
No. I think I got 4 or 5 of the legendary ones, and one of them even happened to be a duplicate. Yay, currency. So everyone get the skins they wanted for the summer event?
The three last ones I really wanted was the Tracer British Skin, McCree American, and Mercy Red. Was not lucky in the end. They were three of the top ones I wanted.I got just about everything I wanted. Golf swing, Zarya's weightlifter skin, and a couple other things.
770, here.I hear you. I made over 1000 credits during the summer event.
