I've never had backing before. I've always tried to do it on my own with someone actively pushing me in the other direction.
InB4 someone whines at you about how it might be easy for you to stick to a plan like this for 6+ months but life is more difficult for them and you blow up at them: "IT WAS NOT EASY!"

I might get that from her, but that's why I have a personal trainer. He's not only pushing me, but he's showing me how to do the exercises correctly. I've never been shown good form so I do it all wrong.

I meant from folks at work or here on the forum. You know, the ones who only see the end result and not all the work that goes into it.

Doing my food diary, I discovered that yesterday I consumed only 947 calories. Holy hell! So while I have been doing portion control, I think I need to up my caloric intake a bit. When you consider my target is over twice that amount.

You put the butter in the coffee or your intake gets hosed again.

I always have that problem while watching my food intake... Well except my food intake would not be anywhere near 2k calories. :(

But I either overeat, or I don't eat enough.

Overwatch makes you stress-eat, too :p
Yes, but not during a match.
I mean, I have to be careful I don't dunk my mic into my drink whenever I take a sip. Can't imagine what it would be like to play with chicken fingers, except that it would probably be even more Hanjo-y than usual.

getting your diet balanced over time is important. Eating 2K today, 2K tomorrow and 2K the day after is much better than eating 900 today, 3K tomorrow, and 900 day after - even if the latter is less in total. Your body is constantly storing extra reserves for the lean times. See also: why a keto diet doesn't allow "off days" like some other types of diet do.

but, you know, I assume your personal trainer will tell you that better than I can - it's one of my bigger mistakes, too, having days where I almost fast and days where I gorge myself because I feel bad/am bored/whatever.

I spent many many years playing games in hardcore end game guilds, and got very good at eating while playing. [emoji14]

My sleep schedule has been so fucked up lately that even my stress eating doesn't make me eat too many calories, I just eat completely the wrong things instead. I usually don't even eat until 1 or 2pm. I'm slowly fixing it though.

Take the Mr.Enter challenge, watch his latest review of "Seth Macfarlane's Cartoon Cavalcade" without clicking something else 1-5 minutes in because anything is better than watching a nitpicky moron over-analyzing rejected cutaway gags!

I'm not sure if it's my meds or my stomach issues, but I have no appetite lately. I make myself eat with my meds. I'm tying not to eat junk but I love all the bad stuff :(

Met my Teammates kid today. He said he's a console gamer and that consoles are better than computers. I think we're going to have it out. I think I can take a fifth grader.

Cubone is my favourite pokemon because he wears the bones of his vanquished opponents as armour and beats you senseless with their femurs.

I'm thinking about my hives and allergy issues.

Can new allergies start at my advanced age? Like peanuts?

Does anyone else get hives from hot water? My doctor explained why it happens and seemed super casual about it. I can't imagine that its a wide spread thing.

He also said it happens in extreme cold. I get that as well, but only if I go from being super warm directly into being super cold.

I have had no hive attacks today and here I am thinking about them. Boo on me! Video game time :D
