That's a little disappointing, but it was still good comedy writing.TIL: The Brendan/Rob facebook posts ("a perfect 5/7," etc) were a completely fabricated strawman.

Eh, I see enough of that level of idiocy on social media that it seemed plausible. For example, take @Dave's brother. Please.I assume all of that kind of thing is faked.

Wait, strawman? Does that word not mean what I think it means?TIL: The Brendan/Rob facebook posts ("a perfect 5/7," etc) were a completely fabricated strawman.

The Strawman fallacy is where you argue against a point your opposition has not made. In its purest form, you literally pretend to be your opponent so that you can compare other people to your easily defeated straw man.Wait, strawman? Does that word not mean what I think it means?
Huh... that's a level of strawmanning that's never occurred to me.In its purest form, you literally pretend to be your opponent so that you can compare other people to your easily defeated straw man.
I believe that level of strawmanning is usually referred to as "Sock Puppetry."Huh... that's a level of strawmanning that's never occurred to me.

Woohoo! I'm elite! So are my wife and kids!TIL: Only 2% of Earth population naturally has green eyes.
I wonder what the proportion of Hazel is.
Stolen shamelessly from quora - who require you to sign up, but if you google the question title and use the google link they'll let you in since google refuses to search behind sign in walls:brown 55%, blue 8%, hazel 8% and green 2%. The rest are silver (rare) and amber (quite rare) and albinoid violet (extremely rare). Blue eyes were found in Neanderthal remains. Green eyes were found in Siberia bronze age remains. Spectrums are due to different deposits of proteins and minerals in the iris. What seems counter-untuitive about eye color is that, in some countres, the rarest colors are predominant, which is misleading.

That's no overall, that was for a specific region...which I forgot to copy.Interesting.
I didn't think blue eyes were more common than brown. Huh.
