Yeah, it really made me wonder. It must be an intentional design decision. The only other possible explanation is that this is test footage (can we do a lion fight well?) and the environment was some sort of stock cave-with-bones scene, only there weren't any stock cave-with-elephant-bones scenes in the stock CGI library they use.

It was said in the agreement that Marvel stuff can stay on Netflix. We'll see how long that lasts. Of course, since Netflix actually MADE a lot of that stuff, I can see Disney not able to stream it on theirs because Netflix can say no.
Yes, Netflix made and manages all of the Netflix Marvel shows. Disney has oversight (mostly so they can make sure the movies and other shows don't contradict each other) but Netflix likely has significant interests in the show.
Disney's seeded Marvel stuff all over the place. It'd be difficult to bring it all under one service now.
