That's because it's a lame reference to one of Eminem's most famous songs, which includes the lyrics "There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti."Yeah, I still don't get it.

20 years ago, Eminem starred in a movie called 8 mile, the theme for which was a rap called "Lose Yourself" of his own creation, which was about the main character, played by himself. There was a lyric in that song that went "He's nervous, palms are sweaty, vomit on his sweater already, Mom's spaghetti," which has since ascended into memehood.Yeah, I still don't get it.
Oh, shit. You think a pardon is coming?Trump meeting Harvey Weinstein.
No way, Weinstein is part of the Hollywood elite.Oh, shit. You think a pardon is coming?
Considering that's an 2009 Toyota Corolla (or there about), I'd say they just like the "irony" of having the losing stickers as opposed to actually backing all those candidates (not to mention crossing party lines every other election). I like that they hunted down reprints from earlier elections. Person's got a good sense of humor.Oh man, there's backing the wrong horse, and then there's this guy.
The losermobile would have had chrome plated steel bumpers, not fiberglass.I like that explanation more than thinking it's some kind of "losermobile."

Except for the logo on the cuff, that cartoon is pretty much applicable to all of Europe, too.I thought this was pretty funny and accurate:

I'm not entirely convinced taxreform in the US is even aiming at the Rich at the moment. And the U.S.
Fair point. Does it count if they do a really bad job of lying about it?I'm not entirely convinced taxreform in the US is even aiming at the Rich at the moment.
Given that recent clusterfuck with taxing employee discounts, it's sad how accurate this is. The longer Trudeau is in office, the less I like him. And I wasn't really a fan of him to begin with.I thought this was pretty funny and accurate:

Hint: it was never aimed at the rich in the first place. The target/apple may have been there, but who's to say they were ever aiming at it?I'm not entirely convinced taxreform in the US is even aiming at the Rich at the moment.
So no matter how poor his circumstances, or how hard he worked and sacrificed, it's all thanks to white privilege, and that needs to be pointed out whenever a white person thinks they achieved something. Thanks, got it.That person is clearly an asshole, but the red dude actually doesn't understand what white privilege is.
That's an impressive missing of the point. I'd be super snarky, but I'm trying to be less "charlie-like" as you put it.So no matter how poor his circumstances, or how hard he worked and sacrificed, it's all thanks to white privilege, and that needs to be pointed out whenever a white person thinks they achieved something. Thanks, got it.
Explain it to us. Explain to us exactly how being white gets you into Yale when you have none of the systematic advantages that are characteristic of White Privilege (i.e. a parent who is an alum, the financial privilege to be able to study and participate in extra-cirricular activities without having to work enough to support one's-self., going to a school in an affluent neighborhood, etc.) What part of White Privilege is what gave her an advantage over all the other students applying to Yale?[DOUBLEPOST=1508368865,1508368431][/DOUBLEPOST]That person is clearly an asshole, but the red dude actually doesn't understand what white privilege is.
That's part of white privilege. Assuming that admission officers at Yale are more likely to choose a white sounding name over a black sounding name, given equal application forms. And assuming that the teachers at the school Yellow went to were more encouraging of a white student hoping to get into Yale than they would be of a black student seeking the same thing. And assuming that Yellow lives in an area where she was able to get better jobs because she's white, and thus had an easier time working her way through school. And assuming that... etc.The point is more that if there was a black person in the same circumstances, they'd be even worse off. That's white privilege.
Except for the guy in red. And a whole bunch of Tumblr. And a lot other people who have no idea that White Privilege is a bunch of factors, and not just some blanket aura that glows around all white people equally. No one thinks Will Smith's kids struggled more than this guy.
The point is more that yellow guy appears to believe that only white people are chosen to attend Yale. The point is more that if there was a black person in the same circumstances, they'd be even worse off. That's white privilege. No one thinks Will Smith's kids struggled more than this guy.
You're misusing a statistic as proof of intent, and it does a good job of illustrating the conflicting views of equality - some people think that inequality of result is evidence of inequality of opportunity, which also starts from the flawed premise that equality of outcome regardless of all other considerations is a desirable goal.ETHNICITY%
American Indian or Alaska Native 2%
Asian 21%
Black or African-American 10%
Hispanic of any race 10%
Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander 1%
White 72%
Race/ethnicity unknown 2%
-- from Yale Facts. Yale clearly prefers White and Asian students to students of other ethnic groups.
Well for one, they probably had a white teacher. Students do better when the teacher matches their race.Explain it to us. Explain to us exactly how being white gets you into Yale when you have none of the systematic advantages that are characteristic of White Privilege (i.e. a parent who is an alum, the financial privilege to be able to study and participate in extra-cirricular activities without having to work enough to support one's-self., going to a school in an affluent neighborhood, etc.) What part of White Privilege is what gave her an advantage over all the other students applying to Yale?
I'm confused because those percentages add up to more than 100%?ETHNICITY%
American Indian or Alaska Native 2%
Asian 21%
Black or African-American 10%
Hispanic of any race 10%
Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander 1%
White 72%
Race/ethnicity unknown 2%

That being said, the person in yellow is an asshole who is wrong to apply it in this case.
White privilege doesn't mean you don't struggle. It means you don't have extra difficulties caused by being white. And that's not really applicable to the situation.
