Yeah, he hasn't posted the Princess Blooper pics, complete with tentacles.
This all depends on whether the replacement effect is a state-based effect or an aura. If it snapshots her appearance right as she dons it, then there’s functionally no change. But if it’s something that is actively and constantly updating her appearance to match the model, it should still have essentially the same effect since Peach will always look like Peach. The problems shouldn’t start until something else happens that makes Peach look different, changing her template/base appearance, at which point all the “John Carpenter directs the live-action adaptation of Akira” stuff could start to break loose.
I haven’t seen, but I can imagine.
And I have an exceedingly creative imagination.

And of course now that means the entire Smash roster is going to be subjected to this treatment.
Even if you limit its power to just things which have appeared on Nintendo hardware, that still means we’re going to see Peach Zangief, Peach Balrog, Peach Cloud, Peach Barrett, Peach Link, Peach Sheik, Peach Ganon(dorf), and yes, even Peach Bald Bull.

Well, that's already canon.
I'm assuming it is presented in Don CorneoVision, and that's why everything is blurred out except Cloud and Tifa's rack.
