In order to "save the festival," Andy King, one of the event producers, was asked by Billy, the evil sociopath that ended up going to prison for the whole mess, to go to the head of customs for the island they were on and suck his dick to get all their bottled water out of hock. Andy braced himself, and went, with the full intention of following through with literally "taking one for the team," but was spared the indignity by the customs official, getting off with only a promise that customs would be paid first when the event went through.
