Huh. 95% of the search results are "Get this/that phone app, it's really cool." A few are articles about how these filters are allowing trans people to finally see themselves. But no (obvious) list of plug-ins or filters that will do what it sounds like you want.
There are a bunch of filters for changing the gender of recorded audio, though. Weird.

Not that I could find. They don't even show you the pro options anymore unless you buy it. It's $40 a year, which is stupid, IMO
