Mine's built into the PS5. I didn't get the digital one.The lack of a disc drive is annoying. You can probably attach one like you can with the regular PS5 but you have to pay extra money.

Spider-Man 2 is PS5 exclusive at the moment and it's spectacular. Well...it's exclusive for now.Yeah... running the numbers, getting a PS5 and the disk drive is basically the equivalent of $1200 in Japan. You could get a good PC for that price.
PS5 just doesn't have the games to justify this. The Demon's Souls remake is inferior to the original, a new God of War is years off, and I don't care about the next remake of a 5 year old game. Seriously... give me a call if you decide to put out a new Forbidden Siren game, but otherwise ya'll need to get your shit in order.

Just give me the FF Tactics: War of the Lions remake that’s been leaked. I fucking need it. Then you assholes can go back to your gutless cash grabs, mobile games that rob children, and whatever short-sighted dumb shit you want to do. Crypto. AI. Whatever. Just give me that last remaster that’s already in the works and I can go back to ignoring you while lamenting how Square used to be good, I used to like them, whatever.Who could have predicted this?Square Enix admits Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and Final Fantasy 16 profits "did not meet expectations"

I thought 7 remake was great. And ff14 is it's own thing, but yeah, the biggest problem is they expect everything they sell to be the best selling thing ever.Have ANY of their games met expectations over the years?
I'm starting to think they MAYBE need to lower their expectations.
My understanding is they aren't suing for copyright infringment but rather patents, specifically for the pokeball and aiming and throwing to capture, on patents filed this year. Palworld and Pocket Pair are pretty skeevy in general but it feels like reaching.News Release: Filing Lawsuit for Infringement of Patent Rights against Pocketpair, Inc.

Palworld: "Let's rip off Pokemon, what's the worst that could happen?"
Nintendo: Brings in lawyers.
Palworld: Palworld's version of Pikachu doing a Pikachu face.

What are they gonna do, make a dating sim with in-game purchases set in the world? Create seven spinoffs that kill any and all mystery?

Thank the Elder God, it's only on the PS.Soul Reaver 1& 2 Remastered
Well that's neato. I've always been curious to play these but never got around to it. This might be the excuse i was looking for.
*ahem*Thank the Elder God, it's only on the PS.
I have enough of a back log without games i already finished once.
One reason not mentioned in the article (though if this is valid depends on how it was - and is now - worded) is that forced arbitration is not always legal and subject to pretty strict regulation in Europe (the neutrality must be assured, if no common ground is found in arbitration there has to be an appeals process that eventually leads to the regular legal system, etc), while a "must be decided in the court of where our company is located" clause is much more accepted. Not for everything and always, but this could mean that all European customers wanting to fight Steam have to do it in an Irish court, according to Irish law, for example (if Steam EU is headquartered in Ireland, as must big tech companies are).Interesting move... Valve has removed their forced arbitration clause, and rather, put in a "must be settled in court" clause.
Steam will let you sue Valve now
A rare reversal on a company’s forced arbitration clause.www.theverge.com
In recent years, businesses have faced an increasing risk of being targeted by abusive mass arbitration campaigns that seek to leverage the arbitration fees the business must pay, win or lose, to coerce a settlement of even meritless claims.
