West Loop 281 is basically in the middle of my old neighborhood. It is a pretty built up area. Not remotely rural.
I don’t think that anyone said it was a rural area. I only said it was about 30 miles from the city Tin lives in.
I am adding context because I have lived there. Just letting people know that it is odd to have a mountain lion miles deep into a town of 81,000 people.
*Looked at the block in question, there is a bit of forest about a mile from the road.
