This is how opposition is done, and it should be every Democrat saying this on every show, every interview, every moment they are asked about something. Then use parliamentary rules to slow the system to a crawl at every opportunity.

I know the playbook he's following is to do these things as incompetently as possible in order to encourage sufficient dissent that, when the revolution finally happens, he can respond with, "LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO! Martial law wuz declared because we have to protect our government! " but at that point, will there actually still BE any real government left to protect? It's like those hostage situations where the kidnappers send an ear or a finger along with the ransom note, but in this case he's sending an entire leg, half a torso...by the time the rescuers break into his hideout, all that's going to be left is some hair, a jawbone, and a dried-up liver.

The scary part is that I don't know just how stupid Trump and Musk are. They're egotistical, and they don't fully understand technology, but I don't know if they're stupid enough to think that the US can win if it starts a war against a developed nation. The US military is the most powerful in the world, and we spend a fuck-ton more money on it than anyone else, so to Trump and Musk that could equal "winning". They may not understand that the US can't get by without imports from countries that will become hostile to us if we go to war.
Or they may actually understand how lacking America's manufacturing capabilities are, and Trump's tariffs are a ham-fisted way to try to force the US to build up it's industrial base so that der cheetofurher can try to conquer the world by force.
