The cookies my elderly neighbour makes and brings over to thank us for shoveling her driveway all winter. They are delicious and crispy and I like dipping them in leftover cranberry sauce.

My parents gave me a Playstation One back in 7th grade by removing and wrapping one of the memory cards and giving it to me last. Turns out the rest of the package was under my bed and had been there for a couple weeks. My parents are the most creative wrappers ever, and you should never take any package size/shape/heft for granted when receiver something from them. This year I got a new comforter for my bed in an envelope.
New speakers for my computer (and I got them from my brother
).I got her an AeroGarden to bring some light/life/food to her winter dormitory accommodations.
We put and angel up there or this weird post-modern star that my mom likes and I don't. My favourite ornament is a depiction of the three wise men in pewter.
My favourite classic Christmas special is How The Grinch Stole Christmas. My favourite "modern" Christmas special is Hey Arnold!'s special. Every year I watch Home Alone 1 and 2, and this year I started the Die-Hard-as-a-Christmas-movie tradition too.

My New Year's Eve was most excellent. The Lady and I went to a friend's house party where we drank our fill and played some kinda weird but hilarious drinking game which at one point had me topless. Then we walked 45 minutes back to her place (yikes) and warmed ourselves up the fun way. 
In 2010 I hope to get back to drawing and/or painting. I haven't touched anything in like 6 months and simply having old works of mine around is guilt tripping me. Specifically I hope to finish 1-2 more oil paintings and draw some comic type things either for my own benefit or for LitToS.
