GODDAMNIT RELEASE DATE PLZ.
I don't know the english name for the class, but I have biotics and combat abilities. What class, Andi?
Paragon or Renegade?
Me too, so I kept Kaiden on my team until I got Tali, then immediately made her max out her Electronics.Infiltrator all the way, baby.
Played too many RPGs beforehand to want to come up against one of those pesky locked crates with nothing to sort it.
Oh, god DAMNIT. I forgot how awesome that speech is.My team was Ashley and Wrex. I was playing as an Infiltrator, you see. End result: lots of firepower and enough tech and biotic support to round it all out.
Spectre pistol with explosive rounds = awesome. I mean, if you can have a Mass Effect bolt pistol, why would you not want to?
Also, seconded on the Kirrahe badassery. Observe:
Wait.. what? I beg to differ... my main character in Oblivion was all about the sneaking and assasinating. The only issue is that bows is that it took more time to get to higher multipliers when sneak killing. Once the skill would hit about 70, it started to get OP.I finally gave up with my assasin in Oblivion and went for a mage oriented character because it was rare where I could actually hide in the shadows and plink off the enemies with my bow, which is what the whole purpose of an assassin build is.

You're doing it wrong.I started replaying ME again. OMG, I forgot how awsome the game is. I'm going infiltrator/renegade all the way.
One complaint I have, and it's not exclusive to ME.
Why do games like this give you the option of being a sniper type of character and then force you into situations where you HAVE to fight in close quarters? At least with ME, you can max out your pistol skill for close combat.

Yeah that is AWFUL.I just fired up Mass Effect again.
You know how in games like Half-Life, or Team Fortress 2, or Fallout 3, or Left 4 Dead, you get in the habit of reloading constantly? Fire a short burst from your assault rifle and then you instinctively hit the R key? Yeah, that key's mapped to grenades in Mass Effect.
"Reload! Wait, no, my grenades!"
You guys will have ammo counts and reloading. My rig will almost certainly be too crappy to play ME2, so I'll be stuck killing Saren and Sovereign again and again. (And bedding Liara and Ashley again and again!)Don't worry you two, apparently we now have ammo counts and reloading so all shall be well.
