Steven Bloom I believe is the name your looking for who voiced Spike from Cowboy Bebop. He was was the voice in the Samurai Champloo series, and Wolverine in Hulk vs. Wolverine episode.

I wish the would make a animated Deadpool movie from the guy who was the voice in hulk vs. wolverine they matched him perfectly.
